A bold campaign celebrating the return of alligator to the menu. Inspired by the wild Florida marshes, the project combined branding, graphic design, and food photography to create intrigue, build anticipation, and keep the dish as the unmistakable hero.

BRAND CONCEPT & PERSONALITY

When Bass Pro Restaurants brought back alligator to the menu after a long hiatus, it deserved more than a simple announcement—it called for a campaign that built anticipation and curiosity. The creative concept drew inspiration from the mysterious marshes of Florida, capturing the untamed spirit of the alligator without relying on literal imagery. Rich textures, moody landscapes, and bold typography created a sense of adventure, inviting guests to experience something unexpected.

While the surrounding brand elements established the atmosphere, the food remained the undeniable hero. Every design decision led back to the perfectly crispy, tender alligator bites, creating a visual story that was both immersive and appetite-inducing. Professional photography played a pivotal role, showcasing the texture, color, and irresistible appeal of the dish while reinforcing the campaign's adventurous personality.

By combining concept development, branding, graphic design, and food photography, the campaign transformed the return of a single menu item into a memorable brand experience. Rather than simply promoting a dish, it created a sense of intrigue that encouraged guests to rediscover a menu favorite and reinforced the restaurant's bold, playful personality.
